As a former domestic automobile company employee and former diehard owner of several domestically made vehicles, I thought I knew, from an automotive perspective, what a quality car and car company was all about. One day, some time ago, I saw a very intriguing newspaper article that touted the quality of it?s cars and the service it?s customers all seemed to brag about. \r \r At that time in my life, I was pretty confident that I was going to stay loyal to my former and preferred brand of car, up to my dying days until I ran headlong into two life changing events.
