The fuses for my dashboard and tail lights kept blowing. Based on my research, I told the Hart technician the problem was probably around the accelerator. He ignored me. After an hour, at $137, they wanted two or more hours more to find the problem. My regular mechanic found the problem in ten minutes. Bottomline, Hart's didn't have a clue and most important, treated me like an airhead.
