Tanner has had our vehicle for over 5 months with no end in sight. They claimed that they would do a better job than the dealer and at a cheaper price. They claimed that the job would take, at the longest, 2 weeks. We just passed 20 weeks, so I don't exactly know whether they've done a better job, but with that much time, you would think so. As far as cost, I've paid out much more than at the dealer, becuase I've had to pay for a rental car. Which Tanner has not even bothered to help with and has denied us help with for 5 MONTHS. I've seen other reviews that claim to have had a good experience with Tanner. Good for them. If you go, you will be sorry! Do yourself a favor and use someone else or your dealer. You'll end up ahead in many ways.
