My daughter had a filling done in Dr. Snaer's office and she's now dramatized. The office was backed up that day, we waited 45 mins in the front. Then 10 min in the office while Dr. Snaer had to rearranged the laughing gas apparatus since the assit had it wrong. Then an assit informed Dr. Snaer there are patients waiting for almost an hour. \r

I was still fine until, Dr. Snaer started drilling on my daughter the second he's done with the anesthesia injection. My daughter literally jumped out of the chair. Then Dr. Snaer told me to use my body weight to hold her down. I asked if this is normal and his reply was ""your daughter just don't want to do this."" My daughter doesn't cry for shots and teeth cleaning. My poor 3 years old is still dramatized and would not inform me any problem inside her mouth.
Pros: Office is very clean.
Cons: Drilling the second Dr. Snaer is done with the anesthesia
