Came in and no one helped me I had to ask for someone while standing there with my bike in hand to get new gear wires ran threw my in-frame bike. When i received the bike back 4 days later.... the gear wires were hitting the inside walls of my frame and making some weird noises. While a couple of wires cost me 36 dollars!!! Ill take my bike to NORTHRIM ADVENTURES next time! and if you get mike while going... good luck with customer service
