They sold me the wrong product for my hair, after ""helping"" me by telling me to put down one product (which i later bought elsewhere- it was the right one) and selling me an ineffective product, they refused to issue store credit, then one of the clerks got downright nasty and started shouting at me and calling me a liar. never shop here!
