Ruined my silk shirt and refused to acknowledge that they got the stain on it. Then refused to reimburse me for it. The owner is awful and basically called me a liar after I had been going there for years (to Sunny Cleaners on Willow before owner moved her business to Park). Have spent thousands of dollars there, and the owner refused to acknowledge that. She bit off her nose to spite her face.... it's just not the right thing to do.
Cons: No integrity
