The owner stated my dress would be clean in a week and it actually took 6 weeks. She told me that she ""forgot"" about my dress and blamed me for not calling her. She forcfully grabbed the dress out of my hands when I stated that I did not trust her that my dress was clean and that I would be sending her a bill from another cleaning facility. She only accepted cash or check and cashed my check 5 weeks prior to me receiving my dress.
