I've eaten here a couple times with my wife. The pasta is a little expensive for what it is, but Bella offers more than just your standard spaghetti and fettuccine. Service was decent (hey, anyone that can keep my water glass full gets a good tip!) and we didn't have to wait at all on a weekend night. It's the only place in Southport I've been able to find a good noodle dish though.
Bella is actually two restaurants. There's Bella Cucina, which is the nicer ""sit down"" restaurant and bar, and then there's Bella Pizza, which also has very good but different (lower priced) food. If you happen to have coupons, make sure that you're using them at the right portion of the restaurant.
Pros: Good food, short wait times, acceptable service
Cons: Restaurant is shared with a pizza/lunch place
