This is not your regular Family Court Judge. This is a very dangerous individual who uses her judicial power to extort money out of families that are breaking up. She summed herself up very nicely in on of her addresses, “ … I have so many children and I don’t know what to do with them… so, instead of feeding them, I gave them all a soup and water and sent them to sleep…”. This is exactly what she does. She does not do anything until your attorney pays her money under the table. She uses different Law Firms and Guardians Ed Litem to collect money for her. She instructs forensic evaluators what she wants in their reports, what fact to omit and what evidence to destroy.” She will only allow evidence that is consistent with what outcome she was building. She will not allow a pro se litigants to testify if their testimony is destructive to the litigant she is protecting. She conducts ex-parte meetings and issues court orders that are never delivered. These court orders turn up more then 30 days later, not permitting appeals. Judge Gail S. Tusan is poison, she is a cancer, she is death of the Fulton County Family Court that is supposed to protect children and their welfare.
