I had two kids enrolled in this center for several months. I had a few minor issues that I had to address from time to time such as my sons diapers coming up missing and his ointment being gone way to soon. But nothing serious. The straw that broke the camels back was when I went after nap to pick them up and I witnessed the toddler room teacher thumping my son behind the ear. She said ""oh we just play like that he likes it."" I told her ""Well I do not like it and I do not want to see it again. It is not acceptable."" I had two kinds enrolled here and I removed both of them shortly after this incident. The staff is unprofessional and they don't have enough experience. The director is confrontational and unprofessional. The staff does not communicate properly with the parents and there is no organization at all. Kids are swapped back and forth from the infant room to the toddler room making it very hard for them to establish a routine. I would not recommend this center at all.
