Poor service, poor value 10/15/2009

A problem easily fixable over the phone cost me $70 for a five-minute service call. Instead of listening, the owner made me call back twice to schedule an appointment over voice mail. No confirmation was given that an appointment was made--someone just showed up randomly at my house the next day. He even had to borrow my tools! Completely unprofessional and not good business practices in today's economy. Cons: Unprofessional, horrible value more
