I worked with Ron to get a new remote for my remote car starter that was actually purchased from BZ3. He really went out of his way to track down the remote (FNR doesn't carry it), pick it up, install it for me and remind me how to use it. I paid the dealer cost for the remote itself and only $25 for the service. Excellent customer experience.
