For the past 8 months, I have slept 3 hours a day, always feeling tired, unfocused, and angry because of the lack of sleep. After just the a few session of dahn yoga & Brain Wave Vibration, I could sleep the whole night. Since then, I have been able to sleep 7 hours a day consistently. I have only been practicing dahn yoga & Brain Wave Vibration since May 10 at Kingwood dahn center. I got already great benefit. Thank you!!\r
