# User Rating: 1 out of 5 stars by FYK 10/20/2009 Ordered furniture in April of 2009. Because it was from several different furniture lines of the same company, I supposedly had to wait for various pieces. No communication unless I initiated it. Finally received an invoice for the second half of payment at the beginning of September, which upon calling, meant that they had all the pieces. It is not October 20th. The freight company is picking the furniture up Thursday or Friday, seven weeks after all the pieces were at Sobol House. COMPLETELY unacceptable. Ridiculously poor communication, you will hear NOTHING until they want money. Pros: Price Cons: Communication, Delivery Time more
