BAD customer service! Definitely would not recommend this place to anyone! Paid the standard $45 fee (okay, normal) to have the TV checked out. We were told it would be $300+ to fix (okay, a lot of $ for a 7 year old TV, that has been fixed once already). Went to p/u TV (never told them one way or another we were going to have it fixed). When we had arrived to p/u the TV, they had already replaced a bad bulb. We told “Mike” we were picking it up, we might have it fixed at a later date, but right now really couldn’t afford to pay $300+. “Mike” with immediate attitude, said he had already replaced the bulb. My husband asked him a couple questions, while he was removing the bulb in front of us…finally “Mike” curtly answered one of the questions. We left the shop and both my husband and I agreed that if we had to drive 100 miles to have a TV fixed/looked at again -- we would drive anywhere besides then this place. Sorry to have inconvenienced you “Mike”, but after all you did receive the $45 fee to take 10-15 minutes to look at the TV!?
