The same thing happened to me as the other reviewer. The tow truck driver actually told us it was the law that he charge us $120 just for coming out, but he was giving us a break at only $80. He was verbally abusive to us even though I was crying and my friend had just had knee surgery. To top it off we were legally parked. We ended up paying him $50 after arguing for quite some time. I came home and immediately looked up Hawaii's tow truck laws to find out that statute 290-11 says they are not allowed to charge the owner of the vehicle if they show up to the scene. We should have called the cops.
Pros: absolutely nothing!
Cons: scamers
