I started going to the Free & Fit classes on Saturdays and eventually became a mbr! I intially thought I needed treadmills to reach my weight loss goal. I attended the Golden Glove cardio, Circuit training with weights and Kickboxing class three times a week! I can't believe how much weight I've lost in one month! I introduced it my wife and now she's a mbr too! She attends the Pole Fitness while Im in the other room! What a great concept! They recently added Youth Hip Hop. Now we're thinking of signing our daughter up too! Fitness the family! We love it!

Cons: Inside of Residential Community. May be hard to find
