Awful Tint. I have had problems with the product and service since it was first instaled. Bubbles, short cuts, gaps in tint on windows, and its peeling after only a few weeks. I have given Chris numerous opportunities to make good on his workmanship, however I am more dissappointed now than when it was first put on. The car has been back to resolve issues 4 times now and it is worse and worse every time. He just rushes through it and takes no care in his work. Now he refuses to fix it and will not gaurantee or warranty his work. Because he does not take credit cards(which is not mentioned until the job is completed) there is no recourse to get any sort of refund. When I cantacted the manufacturer, Llumar, they said he is not even using their product, instead a cheap immitation with no warranty at all. Now I have to pay someone else to remove the film, and then have to pay again to have it replaced. If you like your car, TAKE IT SOMWHERE ELSE!! \r
I am confident that the positive reviews written online are all posted by the owner, Chris, in an attempt to counter-act all of the negative posts about his operation online. This is a low rent, piss poor operation, with even worse customer service. He claims does not even have the $250 available to refund the cost of this problem which he has created. \r
Do some looking online and you will find numerous horror stories about his work quality and terrible customer service practices. Pay the extra $ and find somewhere that offers a national warranty on their product and labor.
