This is an apartment complex that was renovated for condo sales that never happened. Their loss is my gain! My apartment is like a little jewel, small and reasonably priced but full of gorgeous upgrades! The kitchen is beautiful with all wood cabinets, all new appliances and granite countertops. The floors are beautiful slate tile with berber carpet in the bedrooms and the place is painted a beautiful light yellow/beige with white wood trim around the doors and windows. Every apartment has a washer/dryer. Nearly everyone has a dog here and we hang out at the pool (it's fenced in) and the dogs play together. The leasing manager is very nice. lives on property and makes everyone feel welcome.\r
The neighborhood is great and Cellini's Italian Restaurant is right next door.
