Have turned the Wild Wind subdivision into a sub-standard ""luxury"" home development. They will tell you whatever you want to hear to sell you a property or home. This neighborhood looks horrible because JBS has not held up their end of the agreement in keeping the common areas up or maintained. BE CAREFUL WHEN BUYING FROM THEM. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING!
Pros: they buy nice property
Cons: then they don't take care of it
