Wow. Where to begin. This Houston institution couldn't care less about it's Rep. I don't get it. The people with character don't stay there. They can't stand the atmosphere. Now I know why after my own personal experience with ""Managers"", ""ASSistant Managers"" and now the ""General Manager"".They spoke to me repeatedly in a tone that was superior in both human existence and intelligence. In fact, neither is applicable. They seem to take the ASSumption that everybody they speak to is stupid before they even know with whom they are dealing.IF I were stupid I would still deserve courtesy and respect since I hadn't done anything threatenig or vile.Unfortunately, I bought a car from this place BUT I had such a pleasant experience with the Sales person. I didn't think I would have to deal with the Managers anymore. They don't service their preowned cars well before putting them on the lot. They halfass their screening. And do the minimum. If you find a car you want very badly at THIS dealership.Take the time and spend the money to have it checked by an unassociated mechanic beforehand. But I BET Helfman River Oaks won't accept any repairs the mechanic suggests because EVERYone ELSE is trying to make money NOT their dealership. They won't ""buy"" what another mechanic has to say. So keep that in mind and get something as official as possible. Perhaps and computer printout of the evaluation from your mechanic.
Pros: Hmm?
Cons: Nasty tudes
