If you don't mind waiting on hold for 10 plus minutes and then treated with a horrible attitude by staff members that just can't seem to get it together or go the extra mile for you, then by all means, try your luck. The staff needs training or a new line of work. If you are patient and can advocate for yourself, you'll be fine. Routine medical services have been fine, it's just the support personnel that are bad.
