I joined Atomic Boxing because a friend had said it was a great workout. I took their free workout I found on their web site. I loved the class it was challenging & seemed to work my entire body. The staff was freindly, & the instructors are very helpful & motivating. I've seen results faster than any other workout I'vver ever done. If your looking for a great exercise thats fun, and works, try Atomic Boxing. I joined for the year & I'm glad I found it! They evan have 2 gyms I can go to. Thanks Tom & Tim!
