Dawn messed my hair up so bad. i was literally crying in the chair. she dyed my hair the color of a penny and couldn't fix it. It was supposed to be highlighted blonde. I told her to just go ahead and dye it dark and she wouldn't do it. Instead she dyed the top of my head five times! i am not exaggerating. It was so bad I had to get up and leave. i ended up going to the store and buying a box of hairdye myself.
