When you pay over $100 for just a few glasses wines, and a couple of cheese plates, good service is expected. The kitchen made a mistake with one of our cheese selections, and our server offered to bring us our correct selection on a separate plate. My husband paid the bill without closely reviewing it, and the next day I realized that our server had charged us an extra $5 for the incorrect cheese left on our plate! Poor form - making customers pay for the restaurant's mistake. I suppose they thought they could have scrapped the incorrect cheese off our plate and give it to the next customer? Is that kosher under health regulations? Needless to say, I won't be coming back.
