Broken glass in parking lot, rude employee 10/21/2009

At approximately 9:00 PM on 10/21/09 I pulled into the JJ Metro Laundromat and ran over a pile of broken bottles. I parked, angry and concerned that I had damaged my tires. I approached an employee about the problem and was ignored as he ""surfed the internet"". I picked up my bags and informed him that if he wasn't concerned, I would conduct my business elsewhere. As I left, he followed me into the parking lot asking ""What is the problem?"" I pointed to the glass and said that as a customer of the last four years, I should have the problem addressed. The man was extremely rude, and I became agitated. I repeated that I was a customer and should be listened to and treated with respect. The man repeatedly yelled, ""Shut up!"" and berated me. Rather than hurt the man in a fight, I left, and decided to address the matter in a peaceful way. Pros: None. Cons: Cleanliness inside and out. Unprofessional. more
