I'm 60 years old and I can't remember the last time I was in any business where I felt more ""invisible"". I went to purchase a handgun and was pretty sure I knew what I wanted. I did have a couple of questions I wanted to ask. I was completely ignored for 10-15 minutes as I looked at the various gun displays and waited for someone to assist me. There were only two other customers in the store and there were apparently at least 3 employees working, but none asked if they could help or offered any type of greeting or acknowledgement. After at least 15 minutes of being ignored, I finally attempted to ask my questions........ the response was ""those are what I have and I won't be getting any more."" The end. It would be hard to imagine how it could have been any less friendly. If their idea of customer service is to make prospective customers so uncomfortable they will leave............they are pretty good at it. So I left. Unbelievable.
Pros: You aren't likely to waste time on a second visit
Cons: They don't even ""pretend"" to want you as a customer
