Talk about Authentic! I'm very selective about Mexican food. My favorite dish is the Molcajete. Its an old mortar stone fired up dish, with Chorizo, Panela cheese, a breast of chicken, Top sirloin steak, accompanied with HAND MADE TORTILLAS! Yummy... with rice & beans. Not to mentioned a bucket of your favorite beer, YEah... all under $19.00 NO Way!
