CMS has been cleaning our office building for about a year. They been very responsive in making sure our cleaning requests are handled quickly. They have an online portal that allows us to put any problems into their system directly, and they use that system to track recurring issues. They are able to handle any cleaning issue that arises and have been willing to send people out during the day to correct urgent problems. Their supervisor of our job has been known to stop by the next morning just to make sure any issue has been handled to our satisfaction. They are a little more expensive than a lot of cleaners, but they are worth the extra amount you will pay.
