Overall if you want tasty food and don't feel like cooking at home, Applebees is the place to go. Howvever on two occassion, my husband and I have experience bad customer services first from a female waiter staff last year, and most recently, last month, September, 2009 when being seated I asked a male (White) hostess if it was okay to be seated in a area where I found to be most comfortable. The place was slow that day and there was plenty space that a customer easily could pick their choice. The hostess made some lame excuse to why we could not sit in that particular area. that was a booth by the window. But for some reason we were told that we had to be seated in the back, a dark dim area. Our party group was, 4, my husband and my two young children. After being seated we had a waiter come to our table to take our orders. After I mention to him where we originally wanter to sit, he gave us the option to move to the table of our choice. We decided after sitting to stay where the rude hostness seated us. The waiter, sorry that our request was denied and gave us anwsome services. The waiter service along gave the decision to give Applebee's one more try. As I mention before, this isn't our first unpleasant experience that we had at Applebees. However, if it happens again, we will be sure to contact the service manager on site, and if he or she can't help us, we will NEVER, patronize this resturant again. There are just too many others that we can spend our money and be satifisfied.
Pros: Food tasty
