These guys were rocky for a while but now they have gotten their act together. Yeah, if you call on a Sunday, you're going to get an answering machine. I had one connection issue after the install (warranty) and they were there that day, no charge to me. I also like that you don't deal with some call center in India; Interactive has their own service department and they come to you.
I just built a new home and used Interactive through my builder to install a home theater setup. I asked a ton of questions and they answered everything expertly. The install went great and my system rocks. Looks like there was a communication issue with the unhappy folks below. I didn't have this problem.
