The staff was very helpful to me on the phone as well as in person. This was a hard experience getting pregnant for the first time, let alone making the decision to move forward in abortion. When I arrived at the office, I was felt welcomed. They explained everything regarding the Early Options like Aspiration procedure which I underwent. They talked me through and made me feel assured and comfortable. I didn't know what to expect when I first got there. I also feared that I was going to be treated like a number or ashamed, but they really helped me feel comfortable and OK about the whole process. I truly thank the staff/doctor for all their help.
