ALthough Paul E Smith Plumbing was prompt in the appointment we arrainged, they were the most accurate in diagnosing the plumbing issue. i had called them in the winter, due to a frozen and busted pipe. The suggested a replacement pipe instead of heating up the pipes before hand. this caused more issues later with more ruptures.
