I was totally blown away by the lack of respect the salesperson gave me on the phone and she hung up on me! I represent a really well-known designer who is currently exhibiting in Paris next to a designer they currently represent in their gallery. Before I could even say anything she hung up on me.
I definitely will never be working with this company in the future. Times are tough and many galleries aren't interested in new talent right now, but there is no reason to be rude.
