I have dealt with many property management teams over the years and Irey is without a doubt THE WORST for both renters and owners. They seldom return phone calls or emails and when they do they are rude, disrespectful and inattentive. The last phone call I had with Travis at Irey consisted of him belligerently and deliberately yawning into the phone to indicate he was bored with the conversation. But the bottom line is they don't perform any of the services a PM team should do! Maintenance/repair requests get ignored, statements don't get sent out even after being requested for months. Basically, nothing you ask of them will ever get done beyond collecting rent. That's all they do is collect rent and ignore everything else. I can't warn people enough to stay away from these people. They have to be in the running for the worst property management company in Colorado, if not the country.
