I was in an accident March of 2009 and was told my car was totaled. I'm a full-time student with a part-time job and had very little time to find a new car. I had my heart set on a Volvo S40. I knew what I wanted in the car (i.e. sunroof, no leather seats, heated seats, etc.) but given the time constraint with only having a rental for a week I was willing to make some concessions. I went to Scott Volvo and explained the situation giving an approximate price I would be willing to pay. Apparently because I'm a 22 year old female I'm not good enough--they did NOTHING to help find a car within my price range and, quite frankly, were very rude to me and my parents (who drove over 2 hours to help me find a car.)
The most pathetic part: my father drives a Volvo... they didn't even treat a returning Volvo customer with respect!!! This dealership is worthless!
