My appt. was at 10 a.m. I was actually seen at 11:30 a.m. I was not given any explanation for the wait or an apology. I thought that the environment was totally unprofessional -- quite gossipy. It reminded me of the movie Steel Magnolias. Prices were very high. Save yourself some money and visit Fantastic Sams, Saturdays, or Great Clips.
Pros: The person doing my hair was nice
Cons: Kept me waiting for 1 1/2 hours
