I was in the the new Tiger because they say the chefs are great. The head guy, JR acts like he is the greatest thing since sliced bread. He concocted a couple of ""special"" rolls for me. The fish was good I think but I really could not tell due to all the mayo he put in. The music in this place sucks. And I think the chefs imbibe a little much. Worst off when I got the bill, I had sticker shock. $18.00 for a roll. never again....
Pros: modern ambiance, not Japanese
Cons: overpriced, mayo filled rolls
