Here are the facts. We scheduled a pick-up to the airport. We were told the fair would be $35-$40. They did not show up. We had to drive to the airport at the last minute (fortunately we did not miss our flight). A representative from Trans City Cab informed us we would be reimbursed for parking. When we returned from our trip - I was told to fax the receipt, and I tried 3x but their fax machine was not working. I was told to scan it and email it - but the email was rejected due to their inbox being 'over quota'. I mailed a copy and every week was told they would cut a check. After several phone calls - they cut a check. The parking was $150. I was told we would receive around $110. They sent $54, claiming we would have paid them $48 twice for a ride both to and from the airport. Note - we did not have a pick up from the airport scheduled, and the original quote for the pick-up was only supposed to be $35-40. Our friends were planning to pick us up from the airport. Instead of a $40 cab ride to the airport - we had to drive our own car, almost missed our flight, pay $150 (-$54) for parking, not to mention the aggravation of trying to get reimbursed for the parking.
Cons: Did not show up!!!
