Have been going here for a couple years - but in the last 6 months things have really gone down hill. First problem was that clothes were not ready when promised. Second was attitude of manager when dealing with me - ""what do you want me to do about it?"". He couldn't manage to simply apologize - just kept blaming the employee who gave me the date. No customer service skills whatsoever. Third incident was last week - brought home my newly cleaned down-comforter and dicovered it had a tear in it. It was clearly damaged by Busy Bee - then the area around the tear was wadded together and pinned. Forget about anyone admitting the damage or offering to repair it - they just grabbed my money and let me walk out the door. I will never go here again.
Cons: Poor customer service, damaged comforter.
