Jimmy's Cab is one of the Cab services we use for our guests at the hotel I work as a Front Desk Clerk. Everytime I call the cab for a guest to be picked up I get struck by inconsiderate unproffessional and extremely rude people talking to me. First of all, they don't say neither Hello, nor Goodbye. And I'm not even expecting a ""thank you"" from them. They always hang up on me before I'm done talking, always! And I'm not exaggerating! They interrupt me in the conversation and have no customer service skills. I have never complained, but this is getting too far! Today a person on the phone from Jimmy's Cab interrupted me while I was telling the address and said: You don't have to yell in my ear, I can hear you! then he hang up on me! i don't recommend this cab service to anyone! Let them learn how to speak to clients first!
