Ordered Lincoln logs on 9/29/09. and cancelled on 10/4/09. Called the salesperson and they explained that it was discontinued but assured me that since it's posted again on their website it is available and I will receive the product if I order again. So, I ordered it again on 10/7/09 and it was cancelled again on 10/13/09. Spoke to salesperson again & they gave me the same answer. Very upsetting as it wasted 2 weeks time and this is for a b-day present. Now, she may not recieve her gift in time. Called the manager and was on hold a long time. She did not do anything to compensate. Only an apology for all the inconvenience and stress. This company has false advertising and incompetent salespersons, especially since I called to make sure they had the product before ordering the 2nd time. I will never purchase anything from this site again.
Cons: The order was never fulfilled twice. Poor service.
