Took my set in and it was repaired and returned in a timely manner. I do not know what the last guy was talking about, they were open the hours their sign said they would be and same as printed in the yellowpages. They were really busy when I was there but that was it. They were pleasant and I got good service, My set still is working and I am very pleased.
