Over the years that they have been in business, I have had 3 units repaired all with different problems and products. My Bose was quick and I have never had another problem with it. My Lcd took a little while but they said parts were not available at the time they were ordered. Still, once it was fixed I have had no other problems. My 3rd set taken there was a little tv with a built in vcr and it turned out it was not worth repair. They were honest with me everytime and I spent much less than I thought I would have to. Yeah, On my LCD I did have to wait on parts, but some of that was my fault because I did buy a cheaper set than I should have. I have since learned that not all electronics are made and supported the same way. we all should strive to buy American. It makes a difference to us Americans, and provides us jobs, and the sets are just made better than any where else in the world. Besides that some company does not have to look in a 3rd world country to find a part to fix it. Just passing it along as it was a lesson learned. Anyhow , I am just making a statement I thought they did a great job and i have gone to them over and over and will keep doing so.
