This is, simply put, a high-quality Mongolian-style BBQ. Your food is cooked on a flame-heated griddle right in front of you (for perhaps 30 seconds). You choose the ingredients and the sauces, and minute later, you have your meal. Unlimited trips can be made for an extra $1 (only $1 extra for as many extra trips as you'd like).
I've never been disappointed by this place.
