We recently had a party there--$500 for about 16 kids. During the party one of the workers took the presents to my car. One of the presents, a Nintendo game, went missing. Called and left a message regarding the missing game with no call back. Played phone tag with the owner after I left a ""give me a call"" message. Finally left a message on his voicemail detailing my disappointment, and never heard a word back. I might not have left such a nice gratuity had I known.
