In answer to krbarton: This year I have been slammed with alterations on wedding dresses which have delayed my prompt service to all. You requested the dress to be finished in a matter of days, and I knew, with my current work load, I could not get to it. I thought you were asking me to alter the bodice, not the hem, but at any rate, being backed up for three weeks with work already brought in, I knew I could not satisfy your needs. I'm very sorry if you felt like I was rude or insensitive. Thanks for the feedback. Pros: Eager to please more
