I scheduled for my pool to be closed and inadvertently gave these guys the wrong dimensions. The new pool cover took well over a week to come in and in the meantime I received no updates and when I called to complain aout my leaf-filled, green pool ""Gary"" told me not to be a wiseass about it. I will never do business with this business again and I would advise anyone looking to use them for opening or closing pools to do the same.
