Probably the friendly owner/chef, who formerly ran a restaurant in Kumamoto, Japan---until the lure of the cowboy lured him to immigrate to Montana---is a star attraction. The food is delicious and the service is always excellent, too.
Pros: Delicious sushi, teriyaki, tempura, etc.
Cons: There are Japanese foods it'd be impractical to stock. Sigh!
